I have worked in the fitness industry for over 7 years, and as a Personal Trainer I have helped my clients reach goals which included weight loss and running a 10k personal best. I have completed many events myself including the Manchester Marathon and Tough Mudder which have helped build my knowledge of creating periodised training programmes to ensure continued progress leading towards a specific goal.
